Do you sell gift cards?

Currently, we do not. But hey, if you think that's something you'd really like, please let us konw!

What is your return policy?


Please read carefully

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is custom made for every single customer after the order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. 

Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

The Subtle Nerd operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Along with Printful, we will review replacement/return requests only:

(a) if a product is damaged

(b) there is a print error

What are the payment options?

We accept paypayl, credit/debit cards, and generally any other form of online payment. If you want to use  cash or check, please reach out to us and we can see about doing something for you.

What kind of materials are used?

Generally, we select only the highest quality of fabrics for our printed and embroidered items. That said, we will occassionally use a high quality, 100% cotton option if it's the only color we can get our hands on, or if we want a design to be more affordable.
